Fair Work First: 

Wellside Research are committed to the Fair Work First principles, which aim to deliver fair working practices for all staff and sub-contractors. In adopting a Fair Work First approach, we:

  • recognise staff voice via trade unions and other individual and collective mechanisms
  • support staff and sub-contractors with training and career development
  • provide fair pay for staff and sub-contractors (we are a Real Living Wage employer)
  • we have reviewed our payment structures to ensure there is no gender pay gap
  • we constantly strive to develop a more diverse, inclusive and supportive workplace
  • we are happy to accommodate remote, flexible and family friendly working practices for all workers and sub-contractors from day one
  • we do not use zero hour contracts for staff or sub-contractors
  • we oppose the use of hire and refire practices
