- recognise staff voice via trade unions and other individual and collective mechanisms
- support staff and sub-contractors with training and career development
- provide fair pay for staff and sub-contractors (we are a Real Living Wage employer)
- we have reviewed our payment structures to ensure there is no gender pay gap
- we constantly strive to develop a more diverse, inclusive and supportive workplace
- we are happy to accommodate remote, flexible and family friendly working practices for all workers and sub-contractors from day one
- we do not use zero hour contracts for staff or sub-contractors
- we oppose the use of hire and refire practices
